Masterpet is a distributor of popular brands like Black Hawk, VitaPet, Aristopet, Trouble & Trix and Yours Droolly.

They distribute their products throughout Australia, New Zealand and South-East Asia. Back in 2007, Masterpet’s grocery orders were steadily growing in volume. They found themselves needing a supply chain partner who could keep up with the new demand.

We transport products from Masterpet’s distribution centre in Smeaton Grange to our own DCs in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Wodonga and Tasmania.

Benjamin Nash, Masterpet’s Logistics Project Manager, said that Primary Connect provides a fast, efficient and safe end-to-end service that has saved on costs.

“Primary Connect has great infrastructure and service,” Benjamin said. “There have been various times when schedule dates had to be moved but Primary Connect was able to adapt to our needs.”
